I do not want to keep the delivered article. Can I send it back?

If you do not want to keep the item delivered, you can return your order in accordance with Belgian law within 14 days, starting from the first day following delivery.

When the article has arrived at our distribution centre, we will provide a credit note and refund as soon as possible

The article that was delivered is indeed the book that is on my order, but I obviously made an error because it's not the book I wanted. Can I swap?

If you ordered the wrong book, you can return us within 14 days. We will refund you the full amount except for shipping.

I got the right article, but it's damaged. Will I get a new copy?
